"Quiet Portraits"
At the end of last year my client Anne invited me to her 'Temple of the Womb' event at the Temple of Happiness in Amsterdam.
During our previous sessions I had told her about my curiosity of dipping into a special kind of visual storytelling. A quiet, rooted one, where I can be the silent observer, capturing raw emotions and true connection, spontaneous and without instructions.
A few months later she invited me to attend her one-day women retreat. I was super excited to try something new and outside of my usual comfort zone!
Needless to say, I had a blast. Not only was it my first ever women circle, but I also loved carefully tip-toeing around, capturing truly delicate moments between these wonderful women, diving into themselves and each other.
I still prefer my nature setting, being unbound under the open sky, but absolutely I loved being part of this special gathering.
